ITV Television Workshop came up trumps with another of its cracking productions! Womberang, a tale of 8 women in a gynaecologists waiting room, was written by Sue Townsend (author of 'The Secret Diary of Adrian Mole') and is a story full of jokes about politics, the menopause, sex and men!

Directed by Lisa Ruthven (who also directed Mort and Dick Whittington), produced by Adam Fresco, Set Design by Ellie Ford, Lighting Design by Leighton Thomas-Burnett and operated by Fergus Waldron - with Ben Pavord trying his hand at Asisstant Directing, Womberang was a great success in both Bristol and Bath.
The entire cast were great, Sophie who played Rita worked really hard and was brilliant! Rich who played James Lemon seemed to have the audience in the palm of his hand in every show! In fact, the whole cast and stage team were great and I would just like to thank them for their time, effort and commitment! They made the show a great success!'

The show had a two week run in both Bristol and Bath - the first time the workshop have a done a mini tour.
