WORKSHOP FILM SCREENINGS AT
BRISTOL OLD VIC HEROES FESTIVAL: FRIDAY 14 JULY at 7.10pm
Featuring: WINDMILLS & FOOD OF LOVE


As part of the HEROES Youth Festival the BRISTOL OLD VIC are screening the Workshop short films: WINDMILLS and FOOD OF LOVE.

The screening is at the Bristol Old Vic on Friday 14 July at 7.10pm.

This will be the Workshop’s first ever presentation at the Bristol Old Vic!

If you want tickets they are only £3 each or just £10 for four people available from the Bristol Old Vic Box Office on 0844 8812461.

There will be four films screened in total – two of which are ours. This will be the first public screening of the new version of FOOD OF LOVE – which has been colour corrected and is now black and white, with colour inserts. Both films are widescreen presentations, mixed with 5.1 stereo sound.

WINDMILLS (Directed by Wilf Adcock) is the tale of a modern day knight - on a bike –
jousting with a double-decker Bristol tourist bus!
FOOD OF LOVE (Written & Directed by Bob Baker, co-screenwriter of the OSCAR-winning
WALLACE & GROMIT films: THE WRONG TROUSERS, A CLOSE SHAVE & CURSE OF THE WERE-RABBIT) is the story of a young boy, bullied at school, who wants to be a chef –
but his Dad wants him to be a musician. Can father and son find the hero inside themselves
& accept one another for who they are?

On screen at the BRISTOL OLD VIC STUDIO THEATRE.
