WORKSHOP MEMBER IN LARK RISE TO CANDELFORD

The second series of Lark Rise to Candleford is being shot at locations around Bristol after a hugely successful first series - and workshop member Tom is in it!!! Tom is a regular member of the Monday 13-16 Group here at ITV WEST and got the part through the workshop last year.
Tom was cast as part of the Timmins family - the main family in the hit series - and was heavily involved in shooting over the Summer last year. And this year he is off to do it again!!

Tom says;

'I’m five days into filming the second series of Lark Rise to Candleford.

It’s great to be back on set, catching up with all the people from last year and meeting new crew members.

I had almost forgotten how nice the food was on location!

All the cast are hilarious. I have loads fun on set and off.

One of the funniest times was when we were filming on location in a house near bath, and in between shots the crew had to move two cameras around a room that was full of chairs, so, while we were waiting,

We found a football and kicked it around for about half an hour.  But we got really muddy and we were scared that the costume department would go mental, so we tried to hide the grass stains on our costumes from view.

Everyone is so funny on set. I’ve had a great time working with all these brilliant actors and I could never have had this opportunity if it hadn’t been for the ITV workshop.

I’m looking forward to meeting new people and hopefully doing other things, and I’m grateful to the workshop for helping me get the part.'

Good luck during the shoot Tom!
